Cash Methods of Payment

• Check, Money order, or wire.

• Online with Paypal

Rates are

$250.00 per night

$1,600 per week

$4500 plus 500 deposit for monthly including seasonally.

• It's best to book at least two weeks prior to arrival.

Down Payment Policy:

When paying with Online methods: Payment to info@costavacationrentals.com

When paying with a personal check or money order. Payable to Costa Vacation Rentals

·         50%  is due to reserve dates.

·         The second 50%  will be due 2 weeks prior to check in date.

 Cancellation Policy: 

•  The credit card fee that I normally absorb will be charged the consumer when giving a refund.

•  If any monies were paid and cancellation is less than two weeks prior to check in date 100% of monies collected will be used as a credit for future stays.  

• If cancellation is more than 2 weeks prior to check in 100% of monies collected will be returned in the manner in which it was received.  If paid with a credit card the transaction fee I normally absorb will be deducted.

• Seasonal Renters will have a 500 dollar rebooking charge regardless of when they cancel.

********To ensure accuracy of bookings and when providing special accommodations a Rental Agreement must be signed before occupancy can occur.  *********
